Rear Delt Fly - Basic
			
		Kneel with abdomen on ball, neck in neutral position. Using ___ lb dumbbell in each hand, raise arms out from sides above ball level, pinching shoulder blades.
		Do ___ sets of ___ repetitions. 
  Advanced: When raising arms, rotate the thumbs 
up and back so palms face front. 
  Balance Challenge: Raise one knee off floor.
